If an item in your order doesn't work, no problem! We love what we do and we want you to love your items. We know that finding the right size can sometimes be difficult, which is why we provide easy returns to let you explore our store with confidence. We accept returns in new condition with tags attached within 10 business days of delivery. We do not make any exchanges, only refunds. Your requests must be approved by our return center at the following address judydesign.returnscenter.com. Delivery charges are non-refundable and return costs are your responsibility. Once we collect your items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 working days, usually much faster, and you will receive a confirmation email. *Please note that not all sale items are eligible for a refund. (See list below). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, missing tags, or are sale items. Pet hair and the smell of cigarettes on clothing will not be accepted and a return fee may be charged.

PLEASE NOTE that a charge of $ 13,80 is non-refundable on orders that have received free shipping when the return of one or more items takes place.

INCORRECT ITEMS OR DAMAGED | If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. To be replaced, all damaged items must have their tags still attached and be in unworn condition. Any damage resulting from cutting the package with scissors, incorrect washing and / or cutting of the clothes will unfortunately not be replaced.
